- A deposit equal to the total estimated room charge for the duration of your stay is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit must be received at least 48 hours before check-in to secure your reservation. Failure to make the deposit within the specified time will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice. Guest-initiated cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total estimated room charge.
- Total estimated room charge includes the room rate, estimated taxes and estimated fees, excluding additional applicable service charges or fees chargeable by the Acropolis Gardens and Residence.
- An additional deposit to cover the estimated cost of food and beverages for the duration of your stay will be required at check-in.
Acropolis Gardens and Residence is an eco-friendly resort. Fossil fuel vehicles are not allowed inside the residential area of the Resort. The Resort provides electric vehicles and pedal-powered cycles for use within the premises.
Room rates are denominated and payable in Naira but valued in and indexed to US$ at the prevailing exchange rate of the Naira to US$ at the time of reservation. In the event of any fluctuation in the exchange rate of Naira to US$ between the time of reservation and the time of payment, the Resort reserves the right to adjust the room rate to the Naira amount payable to ensure that the amount of Naira payable is equal to the US$ amount to which the room charge is indexed as of the date of reservation.
For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present at check-in personal identification documents, which contain the same information provided by the guest in this pre-booking form. Any discrepancy between the information provided in this pre-booking form, especially the identity of the guest, and the personal identification document(s) presented by the guest and any travelling companion including a child (where applicable) at check-in will result in refusal of service, including denial of check-in and cancellation of reservation.
No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of reservation. (No-show means failure of a guest to check in by 6 pm on the day of arrival.)
All early arrivals and late departures will be paid for by the guests. Guest shall have access to their rooms from 12 pm on the day of arrival and are expected to exit their rooms by 12 pm on the last day of their stay.
Extension of the duration of stay beyond the period specified in this reservation shall be subject to availability of room in the Resort.
Please note that all bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit covering the total estimated room charge for the duration of your stay.
